The West Central Section of Arkansas MUFON meets quarterly at the Fort Smith, AR Public Library in the Carnegie Room from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon. The 2016 schedule will be as follows:

HANGAR 1: THE UFO FILES
There is a place where the truth about UFOs exists; a vast archive of over 70,000 files gathered over nearly half a century. The place is called Hangar 1. Now, it is finally open for investigation. MUFON, an independent organization dedicated to investigating UFOs, has worked diligently to compile, research and store these files. The HISTORY series Hangar 1: The UFO Files will delve deep into these archives to look for connections, clues and evidence; because only by investigating the files of Hangar 1 can we find the truth about UFOs.

LAST EVENT
A great time was had during the State Meeting weekend which began in the Van Buren Library where members from Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri and more, gathered to catch up on MUFON state business and here two fantastic speakers, Denis Balthaser from New Mexico and Margie Kay from Missouri. Afterward many of us had dinner together.
